Kempsford Sports pitch, Multi-use Games Area & Children's Play Area

These community facilties were provided through a Section 106 Agreement with the developer of Hazel View - Persimmon Homes.

The facilities are yet to be officially handed over to the Parish Council, and as such Persimmon Homes remain responsible for the maintenance and insurance of them.
