The Parish Council normally meets monthly in Kempsford Village Hall at 7pm except for the Annual Parish Meeting which takes place at 8pm.
Anyone is welcome to attend the meetings but whilst members of the public cannot participate a short period of time is given over for members of the public to air their views on matters directly related to the Parish Council.
Filming, photographing or audio recording of proceedings is allowed – Council asks that prior to the start of the meeting people notify the Clerk of their intention of record.

Village Meetings to discuss the impact of operations at RAF Fairford

Kempsford Parish Council is keen to hear from residents just what issues they have had during this operational deployment. Two meetings are being organised in order to hear from you directly.
• 7pm on the 20th July in Kempsford Village Hall; and at,
• 7pm on the 22nd July in Whelford Village Hall
Wherever you live in the Parish, if you have any views or experience that you think we should be doing something about we want to hear from you. We look forward to seeing you at one of these meetings.
