Report a pothole
From overgrown hedges and blocked drains, to potholes, pavements and streetlights, all kind of issues can be reported online.
Use the Fix My Street map to make a report. Gloucestershire Highways will investigate and keep you updated.
Contact our emergency line 08000 514 514 for a pothole requiring urgent attention (more than 75mm deep).
What we need to know
Help us locate the problem quicker by providing:
A precise location: Adding a location from What3words app in the notes is very helpful.
A single issue: multiple issues need to be listed in separate reports.
A photo (if safe to take one).
Approximate size of the pothole
For any issue reported on Fix My Street, you can sign-up to receive email updates about the investigation and any repair work required. When you read the updates you may see technical terms used to describe the jobs, for example:
Report a missed bin collection
If your bin or recycling has not been collected you can report it as missed after 4pm on collection day. You need to let us know within two days of the missed collection.
Before reporting a missed bin please make sure that:
you had put the bin out by 7am
there was no extra waste by the side of the bin
any recycling was in the correct boxes
your garden waste bin had a valid licence
bin lids were closed
Gas
What Do You Do if You Smell Gas?
The smell of gas within your property can be alarming and should be treated seriously.
If you can already smell gas and/or think there could be a leak, you should immediately phone the National Gas Emergency Service number on 0800 111 999* at any time of the day or night.

Water
Thames Water supply water and water recycling services in the West of England.
If you have an issue with your water or sewerage, or you've spotted a leak please contact Thames Water straight away. If you see a burst water mains please report this as it can lead to a loss of supply.

Electricity / Power Cuts
Power cuts unfortunately sometimes do happen. Scottish & Southern Electricity Networks own and maintain electricity cables across our parish.

Also call 105 to report a power cut and the operator will provide you advice and track the location of the electricity outage.
You can also call 105 if you spot damage to electricity power lines and substations that could put you, or someone else, in danger.
